Research and supervision in law of war, international humanitarian law, state responsibility, state recognition and succession, United Nations & international organisations law, deep seabed mining, and the law of polar regions.

Research on international trade in goods and services, cross-border business structures, free trade agreements, W.T.O. law and disputes, anti-dumping, and international mergers and acquisitions.

Research in conflict of laws, cross-border litigation, notarial law and practice in common law jurisdictions, investor-state dispute settlements (I.S.D.S.), and international commercial arbitration.
